About Carrier Connect
Carrier Connect is where health insurance companies apply to offer health insurance plans in the Federal Employee Healthcare Benefits (FEHB) program and the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program.
Federal employees, retirees and their survivors should review the FEHB healthcare overview and compare the costs, benefits, and features of different plans.
Postal service employees, Postal Service annuitants, and their eligible family members should visit the PSHB frequently asked questions to learn more about health insurance coverage.
Apply to offer Healthcare Benefits
If your health plan or health insurance company (hereafter "health plan") would like to offer healthcare benefits through the Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) Program or the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program.
- Review your relevant documents. If you are applying for the FEHB Program, please review the requirements for the FEHB Program application. If you are applying for the PSHB Program, please review the requirements for the PSHB Program application, all of which as also included at the beginning of your new application.
- To register, one person from the health insurance company requests a new health plan profile.
- The person who requests the health plan profile creates the account for the health plan and can sign in to add new team members.
- Any team member can sign in to submit an application to participate in the FEHB and the PSHB Programs. Applications are due January 31, 2025.
