Please ensure the drug list file is uploaded only once and that it is correctly linked. This year, we have implemented an improvement that eliminates the need for Carriers to submit identical files multiple times.
When configuring cost-sharing on the Benefits Details page, if your benefit design does not include extended day supplies (2-month or 3-month retail or mail order), enter 999 in the in-network and out-of-network copayment fields for all applicable tiers, including the Preferred Specialty Tier.
If processing the drug list file exceeds one hour, please contact us at carierconnect@opm.gov for assistance.

Program applications are closed.
1.The deadline for carriers to offer health plans in the FEHB or the PSHB Programs was April 30, 2026.
2. If you are a carrier who has submitted an application, then expect a notification about the status within 60 days.
